Who is F.M. Alexander?
The Technique was developed almost one hundred years ago by a man named Frederick Matthias Alexander (1869-1955). He was an orator from Tasmania who discovered how to undo his own patterns of tension which caused him to lose his voice while reciting. The principles he discovered are incorporated into each lesson.
